Remelt Casthouse
OMEGA® offers comprehensive services, starting with our state-of-the-art Remelt Casthouse. We have full control over the casting process, ensuring consistency in the quality of aluminium logs used for extrusion. By using recycled aluminium scrap from our own manufacturing process and other New Zealand extruders, we contribute to environmental conservation.
Powder Coating
OMEGA® offer a range of powder coated colours and technologies provided primarily by Dulux. Powder coating is strong, durable and comes in a range of colours to ensure your windows and doors will look good for years to come.

Testing
OMEGA® has an onsite IANZ accredited testing facility, capable of testing products for weather tightness (NZS4211), hardware durability (cyclic testing) and accelerated corrosion testing. This gives our customers peace of mind that their new windows & doors will stand up to NZ’s harshest conditions for many years to come.
Anodising
OMEGA® provides durable and stylish anodising finishes, offering maximum protection in harsh environments. A range of colours are available from natural, to black and micron finishes, ensuring you achieve your desired look and durability.
